You can return an item if it is faulty or not as ordered. Any Damages, Discrepancies & Returns must be notified to us within 7 days of receiving goods by e-mail to email@example.com, quoting your order number, name, address, description of the product and reason for sending back. Once the return is approved please ensure you return it in its original condition, within 5 days of receiving the authorisation. Once we have received your returned item/s, it will be refunded or credited towards your next order within 10 working days. Returns will remain customer property until received back and signed for. Items must be returned within a returns note enclosed, containing all order details. We are not liable for the postage fee for the return of the goods and will not be responsible for any goods lost/or damaged whilst returns are held by third parties.
Refunds may only be credited to the same method of payment.
We are unable to offer an exchange for any returns.
