Returns

You have the right to cancel your order and return an item for any reason within 14 days of receiving your goods. Any damages, discrepancies, or change-of-mind returns must be notified to us within this 14-day period by e-mail to sales@nnclothing.co.uk, quoting your order number, name, address, description of the product, and reason for return.

Once the return is acknowledged, please ensure you return the item in its original condition within 14 days of your notification. Once we have received your returned item/s, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 working days.

Returns will remain customer property until received back and signed for. Items must be returned with a returns note enclosed, containing all order details. Unless the goods are faulty or not as described, we are not liable for the postage fee for the return of the goods and will not be responsible for any goods lost or damaged while returns are held by third parties.
